Griddy Wins Elevator Pitch Competition at FSGA Winter Conference

LAS VEGAS – Griddy, a game platform that turns the fantasy football draft into a daily strategic puzzle that can be played in minutes, emerged victorious at the highly competitive Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association (FSGA) Elevator Pitch competition during its 2026 Winter Conference at Circa Resort & Casino.

“Meeting everyone in this industry has been incredible. Seeing what’s on the horizon—and how many people are here for the right reasons—has been truly inspiring. The ideas and energy are contagious, and being motivated by others has been the best part of all. I’m so grateful to receive this award,” said Brian Birt, Griddy.

“With Griddy, the goal is to give fans a year-round way to engage with the sports they love. I wanted to solve the seasonality problem in sports and create another outlet for people to interact and compete all year long,” Birt added.

The FSGA Winter Conference serves as a premier gathering for professionals and enthusiasts across the sports industry, providing a platform for networking, learning, and recognizing excellence. A highlight of the event is the Elevator Pitch competition, where up-and-coming fantasy and sports gaming businesses with revolutionary ideas can showcase their concepts to industry leaders in hopes of winning the attendee vote after three-minute pitches. In addition to national attention, winners receive a complimentary legal-services package from the program’s sponsor, Vela Wood.
